Because every Inner Council recording is custom-created specifically for you, refunds are not available after production has begun or after the digital product has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order — incorrect mentor selection, audio quality issue, missing content, or a technical problem — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise or replace the recording at no additional charge.
