which may include voice recordings, letters, photographs, and written memories — including recordings or descriptions of a deceased or living loved one for our Legacy / Memorial Voice product.

Payment information:

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do **not** collect or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy and security standards.

Information collected automatically:

Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 8).

3. Sensitive Information and Voice Recordings

Voice recordings and biographical material about identifiable individuals are sensitive. We treat this content with heightened care:

• We use uploaded recordings and materials **only** to produce the specific audio session you ordered.
• We do not use your uploaded content to train publicly available AI models, and we do not sell it.
• You may request deletion of your uploaded source material at any time after your order is delivered (see Section 7).

By uploading any recording, image, or written material featuring another person, you confirm that you have the legal right and any necessary consent to do so, and that your use does not violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights. • Produce and deliver your custom audio sessions and other ordered Services;
• Process payments and send order confirmations and delivery notices;

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Payment processing: Stripe, Inc.
• Site hosting / platform: Webflow, Inc.
• Audio and AI production tools:OpenAI, and the third-party text-to-speech and audio production provider(s) we use to generate your sessions.
• Email / communications: our email service provider.
• Analytics: Webflow's built-in analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a sale or merger).

We do not sell your personal information.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate and produce audio. Mentor "voices" and archetypes are creative, AI-assisted productions intended for personal development and inspiration. Historical and public figures referenced are presented for educational and inspirational purposes only; no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
